On the Wedding day event:

     - Early arrival of the wedding coordinators
     - Procurement of all bridal accessories & keeping them in.
     - Wedding gown & appropriate bridal items arrangement for coverage and photo shoot.
    - Coordination w/ the prospective suppliers ( hair & make up artist, photographers/ video and florist.)
     - Time departure from the brides house to the church.

At the Church Ceremony:
     - Supervision of Venue settings.
     - Entourage & Guest arrival checklist.
     - Bridal accessories & flowers distribution
     - Processional, offertory, recessional & ceremony rites monitoring.
     - Contract signing & pictorial assistance.

At the Reception:
     - Supervision of the Venue settings.
     - Guest Registration & Routing of the guestbook.
     - Guest management & dining sitting arrangement.
     - Conceptualizing and direction of the reception program.
     - Gifts & Souveniers distribution.
